I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, making my week even more enjoyable. The location was fabulous, secluded yet close to the main town with great eating options. The dining experience was of high standard despite some minor issues. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and excellent service. The location was cozy and perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, a great value for money.

Rooms
8.0
The room was lovely and comfortable with a nice bathroom and good shower, although I couldn't turn the radiator down.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, and the staff from Liverpool were friendly and attentive, even offering to wash dishes and clean upon request.
Location
9.0
The location was great for exploring or just enjoying the picturesque views of Jacob sheep in the fields. Despite the rain, the setting was magnificent, and there were short scenic walks suitable for all age groups.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix of home-cooked style meals with some dishes needing improvement. The breakfast had a variety to choose from, but some items seemed subpar.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had cozy facilities with an open log fire, high backed chairs, and stunning daytime views. The neighboring paddocks added to the charm of the place.

The hotel offers fabulous rooms, spacious enough for a family of 3 adults and one toddler, with a wonderful view over the countryside. The service is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with pack lunches but missing on the brown toast request. The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views and easy access to Loch Lomond and surrounding areas. The dining experience is quick and easy, although the limited availability from 8am to 9am could be extended. Overall, a cozy stay with some minor room cleanliness issues and average dining options.

Rooms

The rooms were fabulous and spacious for a family, with a wonderful view over the countryside. However, there was dust on the headboard and side tables.
Service

The service was very friendly and helpful, making pack lunches for us. The only miss was not being able to provide brown toast.
Location
9.0
The location was very nice, remote, scenic, and ideal for exploring the area with outstanding views.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average, with quick service but not meeting high expectations compared to other places visited. The cooked food was enough but could be improved.
